My Mission

My mission as a therapist is to support and guide you along your path to finding a healthier you. Change, life transitions, and sometimes trauma, are parts of life.  We all have the human capacity to heal and grow.  For any of you who have difficulty navigating this path alone, I offer therapy services to help you.  My role is to assist you in achieving a more productive and satisfying life through developing your skills and unlocking barriers within.

Free Initial Consultation

I provide a free initial phone consultation for all potential clients. This phone call is used to explore what brings you to therapy at this time, to share a bit on how I work as a therapist, and to explore if this is a good fit for you.

Therapy

I am committed in helping you deal with the unique challenges and opportunities you face. My therapeutic approach is eclectic and collaborative. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt my treatments to best fit your needs. My goal is to find the most effective way to help you recognize and utilize your own internal strengths and resources. I strive to understand people as individuals rather than specific diagnoses or labels. I work with clients who are dealing trauma, grief & loss, all stages of motherhood, and relationship challenges. I would love to help you help you.

Seminars, Trainings & Consultation

Therapy does not always mean one-on-one sessions. Group events in the work place, school, church, and/or social settings are a great opportunity to plant seeds about how we can all collectively and individually achieve healthier lives and relationships. I can collaborate with your community to create tailor-made presentations and workshops on a variety of topics, such as self-care, parenting, relationship satisfaction, communication, etc.
